According to DappRadar, Splinterlands, a trading card game built using blockchain technology that enables users to play anytime, trade anytime and earn every win, is happy to announced that is has recorded over 260,000 daily players.

As a result of these statistics, the game is now the number 1 ranked blockchain game on DappRadar in terms of daily users.

Analyzing figures, this is a 2.5x growth in their daily users over the past month. There have been 90,000 daily players and over 10x during the last 2 months. In particular, there are more than 6 million games played a day, in 142 countries, 8 different languages, and these figures are growing.

It becomes obvious how popular games based on NFTs are becoming recently. This might be because games based on non-fungible tokens like Splinterlands offer a highly-engaging, play-to-earn option, which helps with assigning real and organic value to gaming items.

As a result, players are so interested in the game that over 50% of them have bought the Summoner’s Spellbook upgrade.
