Crypto Community Donates More Than $100M to Ukraine
The total amount of crypto donations to Ukrainian charitable foundations has exceeded $100 million, according to SlowMist.
The resource estimates the total amount of donations to cryptocurrency fund addresses amounts to $78.5 million. Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has donated $10 million to resolve the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. In particular, Binance Charity, its affiliate, has raised $10.7 million out of a $20 million target. The funds came from 961 addresses.
Staking platform from the Solana ecosystem Everstake has raised $1.4 million in SOL tokens to support Ukraine, whereas the NFT project Bored Ape Yacht Club team has donated more than $1 million in Ethereum to the country.
