Alibaba Cloud to Open a Unit Focused on Web3-Games Development

Alibaba Cloud has unveiled the launch of a “blockchain lab” in Japan, which is set to open in April. This lab, a partnership between Alibaba Cloud, Tokyu Real Estate, and Skeleton Crew Studio, will serve as an incubation hub where developers can work together and learn about the latest technologies.

Initially, the lab will only be available to certain Alibaba Cloud customers and developers from friendly firms will offer consulting and technical support.

Unique Song, regional manager of Alibaba Cloud, has commented:

“We are providing a secure, reliable and high-performance cloud infrastructure, technology platforms and tools for developers in Japan to develop Web3-based games, metaverses and social networks.”
