Coinbase Suffers a System Outage

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase is currently facing a “system-wide outage,” with the company actively investigating the issue.

In a post on X, Coinbase communicated that its team is diligently working towards a solution and assured users, “Your funds are safe.”

Presently, anyone trying to access the Coinbase website is met with a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” message.

This isn’t the first technical hiccup for the exchange; in March, Coinbase ran into a temporary glitch when its trading platform malfunctioned during a period of intense trading activity, erroneously showing some users a $0 account balance.
