Ledger Starts Shipping its New Hardware Wallet

After a long delay, Ledger has started sending its recently released Ledger Stax hardware wallets to customers who pre-ordered them more than a year ago.

During its Web3 developer event, Ledger Op3n, on December 6, 2022, Ledger announced its collaboration with iPod creator, Tony Fadell, to create the Ledger Stax hardware wallet.

Despite high anticipation, the product did not arrive as promised. Originally slated for release in March 2023, the Ledger Stax faced difficulties in production, resulting in a delay.

Concerns were raised by community members on Reddit, who expressed dissatisfaction with their purchases and uncertainties about delivery.

After fourteen months since the initial release date, Ledger declared in a statement that pre-ordered wallets are now being shipped to customers.
