After 15 straight weeks of gains, crypto investment products—including those from BlackRock, Fidelity, and Grayscale—recorded $223 million in net outflows last week, per CoinShares data.
The week began optimistically, with $883 million in early inflows, but sentiment flipped after the Fed’s hawkish tone and strong US economic indicators. Outflows accelerated, peaking at over $1 billion on Friday.
Regionally, US funds saw the biggest withdrawals ($383M), while Hong Kong ($170.4M) and Switzerland ($52.4M) bucked the trend. Bitcoin funds were hit hardest, with $404 million exiting—a sign of cooling momentum after months of bullish demand.
