A major European crypto player is entering the US market. CoinShares, which manages roughly $10 billion in assets, has agreed to a SPAC merger with Nasdaq-listed Vine Hill, valuing the company at $1.2 billion.

This strategic move will position the Jersey-headquartered firm as a peer to giants like BlackRock, Fidelity, and Grayscale in the global rankings of crypto ETP providers.

For US investors, the listing offers a new avenue to gain exposure to the firm’s dominant European market share (34%) and its anticipated international growth, backed by a committed $50 million PIPE investment.
