Ethereum Crosses the $3,500 Mark for the First Time Since May
Ethereum has surpassed today the $3,500 level for the first time since the May crash.
The capitalization of the asset has reached $413 billion, according to CoinMarketCap. At the time of writing, the cryptocurrency developed by Vitalik Buterin is trading at $3,526.62 (+11.15%).
The hashrate of the network of the second largest cryptocurrency in terms of capitalization hit a new all-time high last month, and as a result, the miners’ revenue increased by 60% over the same period.
A large-scale block reorganization was recorded on the Ethereum network in late August.
