Audio Player Winamp Integrates Support for NFTs

Winamp has integrated support for NFTs in Ethereum and Polygon networks.

According to the project, the player now supports playback of ERC-721 and ERC-1155 audio and video NFT standards once the MetaMask wallet is connected to Winamp via the Brave, Chrome or Firefox browser.

The company CEO has said:

“The new version of Winamp allows people to listen to any file using the player they already love.”

The media player team also announced updates that “will make Winamp the most versatile and most advanced library for listening.”
