JPMorgan’s Chase Credit Cards Now Support Crypto Purchases via Coinbase

JPMorgan is partnering with Coinbase to let users buy digital assets with their credit cards starting this fall.
But that’s not all—by 2026, Chase’s Ultimate Rewards Points can be redeemed for USDC, making it the first major credit card rewards program to offer crypto payouts. Coinbase also plans to allow direct account linking with Chase, streamlining crypto transactions.
The move signals JPMorgan’s deeper dive into crypto. CEO Jamie Dimon recently acknowledged the bank’s stablecoin plans, driven by fintech competition aiming to disrupt traditional finance.
