The purchase of 136 BTC increases its total stash to 20,136 coins, cementing its status as a major player in the corporate Bitcoin world. Now ranked sixth among all public companies, Metaplanet trails only giants like MicroStrategy.

The buy comes despite recent stock pressure, with shares down 30% over the past month—though still up over 101% for the year—suggesting the company is prioritizing its long-term Bitcoin strategy over short-term market reactions.
