
Institutional Capital Floods Crypto ETFs: $642M Inflows Signal Renewed Appetite

A significant resurgence of institutional capital is flowing into cryptocurrency ETFs, signaling a shift in sentiment. Spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted a net $642.35 million on Friday, culminating in a five-day inflow total of $2.34 billion.
Cumulative net inflows now stand at $56.83 billion, with assets under management (AUM) reaching $153.18 billion.
The activity was dominated by traditional finance giants, with Fidelity’s FBTC and BlackRock’s IBIT accounting for nearly $580 million of the day’s total inflows. Trading volumes exceeding $3.89 billion further underscore the robust institutional positioning.
Ether ETFs mirrored this momentum, drawing $405.55 million, led by products from the same major asset managers.
