Cryptocurrency Startup Superdao Raises $10.5M
The developer of operating systems for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) Superdao has recently completed a $10.5 million seed round.
After the completion of the fundraising, the valuation of the startup has hit $160 million.
The investment round was led by SignalFir. Other participants include One Block Capital, Fika Ventures, Pear Ventures, Shima Capital and private investors, including the founders of 1inch and employees of OpenSea and Coinbase.
In October 2021, Yuri Lifshits from St. Petersburg launched Superdao in San Francisco. The startup team has 25 people.
According to the company, the funds will be used to increase the company’s workforce, operational activities and open an office in Moscow. Superdao has previously atracted $1 million in a pre-seed funding round.
The crypto startup will help create DAOs, manage investments and expenses, launch smart contracts for financial instruments.
