NFT Platform Sorare Signs Partnership with Premier League

Sorare, a fantasy football platform, has recently entered into a partnership deal with the English Premier League: a four-year contract for 120 million pounds (almost $150 million).

According to CityAM, the buyers of NFTs will be able to create their own teams from collectible football player cards for trading and online competitions with other players.

Premier League CEO Richard Masters has said:

“Digital cards and the innovative online game Sorare represent a new way to feel closer to the Premier League. We see Sorare as the ideal partner.”

Sorare cooperates with more than 300 football clubs and teams from all over the world. The platform raised $680 million at a $4.3 billion valuation in September 2021.
