According to anonymous sources, Franklin Templeton, a US company that offers spot Bitcoin ETFs, is considering launching a new crypto fund that would invest in tokens other than BTC and ETH.

The company also plans to offer staking rewards as part of this fund, a feature not included in previous proposals for spot Ethereum ETFs.

Despite being smaller than its competitors such as BlackRock and Fidelity, Franklin Templeton is looking to expand its digital assets business internationally.

The asset manager, which was founded in 1947, currently manages over $1 trillion in assets.
