Send Money in a Chat: LINE to Launch All-in-One Stablecoin App for Payments and Rewards

Imagine sending stablecoins to a friend as easily as sending a text message. That’s the goal of “Project Unify,” a new superapp from LINE NEXT and Kaia.

The app, set to beta later this year, promises to combine consumer payments, global remittances, and crypto on-ramps into one platform.

Users will be able to deposit stablecoins to earn real-time incentives and make online or in-store payments worldwide, earning spending rewards.

Supporting major currencies from the Japanese yen to the Singapore dollar, the app aims to make digital currency transactions as simple and integrated as the messaging experience LINE users already know.
