Crypto Market Data Provider Amberdata Completes $30M Funding Round

Amberdata, a US-based blockchain analytics startup, has raised $30 million in a Series B funding round led by Knollwood Investment Advisory.

Participants in the funding round include Susquehanna International Group, Nasdaq Ventures, NAB Ventures, Chicago Trading Company, Nexo, Coinbase, and Innovius.

The startup’s current investors, Citigroup, Franklin Templeton, Aspenwood Ventures, Rovida Kruptos Assets and Boldstart Ventures, have increased their previous investments.

According to the press release, Amberdata provides “comprehensive data and information about blockchain networks, crypto markets and the DeFi sector” to financial institutions in the digital asset class. The company clients use the information for research, trading, risk assessment, analytics, reporting, and compliance purposes.
