Bybit Considering Leaving the UK’s Market Due to Regulatory Pressure

The CEO of Bybit, Ben Zhou, has noted that the company may be forced to leave the British market due to the upcoming implementation of stricter rules for advertising investments in digital assets which are set to begin on October 8.

Zhou has warned that these restrictions might result in the exchange having to exit many states, stating that they will “most likely have to leave the UK very soon.”

They will require companies to inform potential investors of the risks regarding such purchases. Bybit was founded in 2018 and offers derivative and spot trading services.
