Asset manager Invesco and crypto firm Galaxy Digital have filed with the SEC to launch a Solana ETF, dubbed the “Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF.”

The proposed fund, set to trade under the ticker “QSOL” on Cboe BZX, would see Invesco as sponsor, BNY Mellon as administrator, and Coinbase as custodian. Galaxy would handle SOL acquisitions.

The filing comes as multiple firms—including VanEck, Bitwise, and 21Shares—compete for a Solana ETF. The push follows recent SEC approvals for spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, sparking optimism for further crypto fund approvals.
