Ray Dalio Says He Owns Some Bitcoin

Well-known hedge fund manager Ray Dalio has said during a recent interview, which has not been published yet and which was shown during CoinDesk’s Consensus, that he has invested in Bitcoin. In the interview, his exact words were:

I have some Bitcoin.

However, that is all the information he provided regarding his investment in the leading cryptocurrency, since the stake it represents in his portfolio has not been disclosed.

It is worth remembering that Dalio’s opinion on the digital asset has not always been the same. Notably, in 2020 he said that “Bitcoin was neither a store of value nor a medium of exchange.” Also, a few months ago he said the government would ban BTC, while in January he admitted he did not know too much about the crypto.
