Singapore Grants HashKey Group’s OTC Trading Division a Payment License

HashKey Group’s over-the-counter trading division has become the latest crypto company to be granted a payment license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, under the Payment Services Act of 2019.

This license allows companies to offer “digital payment token” services in Singapore. In a statement, HashKey OTC in achieving this milestone and highlighted its commitment to complying with regulations.

In February, HashKey was also approved for the Major Payment Institution license, having previously operated under a regulatory exemption.

HashKey Group, headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore, Japan, and Bermuda, offers a variety of crypto services through its exchange, asset management, node operation, tokenization, and NFT departments.
